  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
