1 cup Cold Water
1 clove peeled crushed Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dried Mint
1 Cucumber
Instructions

Place yogurt, moisture, garlic and seasoning in food processor and process for a few seconds.

Transfer to a dish and toss together with mint and cucumber.

Best served chilled for a few hours.
