Ingredients

  • Sunflower Oil - as required
  • 1 cup Fresh green chickpeas
  • 1 Potato (Aloo) - cubed
  • 1 Bay leaf (tej patta)
  • 1 Black cardamom (Badi Elaichi)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 1 Onion - paste
  • 2 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • Salt - as required
  • Water - as required
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped

Instructions

To begin making the Lilve Ki Sabzi directions, firstly bring to temperature coat in a heavy bottomed pot and mix in bay leaf, cloves and elaichi.Saute them for about 15 seconds and mix in the finely cut up onions.

bring to temperature them till they turns soft and translucent.mix in the cubed potatoes and bring to temperature for another 5 moments or until they become soft.Next, mix in in the ginger garlic paste and shallot paste.

bring to temperature it for 2 to 3 moments and then mix in all the masalas including red chilli dusting seasoning, turmeric dusting seasoning and coriander dusting seasoning.bring to temperature it for 2 moments.

Next mix in curd and the required seasoning.

When the curry base starts leaving the coat from the sides, mix in the green chickpeas.After 5 moments, mix in the required aqua, mix gently properly and lid the lid.Let it bring to temperature till the curry base thickens and the green chickpeas are cooked.Once it is done, finish off with coriander leaves and dish up burning.dish up Lilve Ki Sabzi with burning steamed rice and rotis for a weekend meal.
