1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
2 Cloves (Laung)
2 Dry Red Chilli
1 Potato (Aloo) - peeled and cut into small cubes
2 Onion - thinly sliced
1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
1 cup Rice
1 cup Hara Chana
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
Salt - as required
1 teaspoon Lemon juice - Juice from half lemon
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - few sprigs finely chopped

To begin making the Hare Chane Ka Pulav, firstly bring to temperature ghee in a wok.

toss in cumin seeds, cloves, red arid chillies and let it prepare for about 15-20 seconds.After 15-20 seconds, toss in onions and green chillies and let it prepare till the onions become soft and translucent.Once it is done, toss in in the potatoes for about 2 moments on medium bring to temperature.

put a lid on the lid and prepare it till the potatoes are half cooked.Next, toss in the rice, red chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix, lemon extract and seasoning.

whiz everything properly and prepare it for abut 2-3 moments.toss in the required moisture, put a lid on the lid and let it prepare on medium flame till the moisture is absorbed.
