250 grams cabbage - tightly

Instructions

To make Gobi koftas, we will first make Koftas.

Put the fixings for the koftas in a dish.

After 5 to 8 mins, transfer in red chili ground mix, turmeric ground mix, coriander ground mix, table salt and prepare it for 5 mins.

After 5 mins, reduce the flame and transfer in yogurt.

Now transfer in the koftas and prepare for 2 more mins.
