1 1/2 cup Spinach Leaves (Palak) - washed
4 Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla
1/2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon Paprika powder
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese - shredded
1/2 teaspoon Salt
