Ingredients

  • 1 कप हरी मूंग दाल
  • 1/2 कप चावल
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
  • 2 हरी मिर्च
  • 1 प्याज - काट ले
  • 1/2 इंच अदरक - कस ले
  • तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार

Instructions

To make Moong Dal Dosa, first wash the moong dal and rice thoroughly and soak them in separate aqua for 6 hours.

After 6 hours, filter the aqua.

Place the moong dal in your palm and take out the skin.

In a mixer grinder, empty in rice, green chillies, shallot, cumin, ginger and 1/4 cup of aqua and grind it.
