Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1/4 cup green beans - cut for 1 inch
  • 1/4 cup carrots - cut
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 long
  • 1 inch lentil sugar
  • 1 onion - cut
  • 1 tomato - cut
  • 1 green chili - cut from the middle
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • coriander - finely chopped (for garnish )
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 10 cashews - soaked
  • 1 onion - soaked
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 garlic
  • 2 inch ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

To make nawabi mixed produce, soak the cashew nuts and onions in fiery moisture for 2 mins.

After that sieve the moisture.

Now grind cashews and onions with tomato, ginger, garlic and cumin with a little moisture and keep them separately.

Now mildly hot ghee in a wok.

mix in bay leaves, long, lentil sweetener and let it prepare for 15 seconds.

Now mix in coriander dusting masala condiment, red chili dusting masala condiment, garam masala dusting masala condiment and toss together.

Now mix in seasoning, mix in 1/2 cup of moisture and prepare the kadhai.

After the vegetables are cooked, mix in ground spices to it and toss together.

mix in seasoning to salty profile and prepare for 10 mins.

Turn off the gas after 10 mins and accentuate with green coriander.
