Ingredients
250 g Paneer - home made
2 cups tomato puree
1/4 cup cream - (Amul cream is used here)
1 onion - chopped
1 inch ginger
3 curry garlic - 1 teaspoon cardamom Powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 tablespoon Kasuri methi
2 teaspoons honey
salt - as per taste
Oil - to cook

To make Paneer Makhani, first prepare tomato puree to make Paneer Makhani.

Now make a paste of shallot, garlic and ginger in a grinder.

When cooking oil is heated in a cooking vessel, cooking vessel-fry the shallot paste till it is cooked well.

Now mix in turmeric dusting seasoning, cumin dusting seasoning, cardamom dusting seasoning, garam masala and cooking vessel-fry it for 2 moments.

Now when cooked well, put tomato puree or tomato paste in it and scalding up till it comes to a heat to boiling point.

When shallot and tomato paste and other spices are cooked, mix in dairy reduction, red chili dusting seasoning, table salt, kasoori methi and paneer to it.

Let it scalding up for 3 to 5 moments.

When cooked, palate the spices and table salt according to your palate.

Now take out Paneer Makhani in a container for survey.
