Ingredients
1 कप काबुली चना या छोला
1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
1 इंच अदरक - कस ले
1 टमाटर - प्यूरी बना ले

1 बड़ा चमच्च तेल
1 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
1 बड़ा चमच्च अमचूर
1 बड़ा चमच्च गरम मसाला पाउडर
1 छोटा चमच्च धनिया पाउडर
1 छोटा चमच्च अनारदाना पाउडर
1/2 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 छोटा चमच्च काली मिर्च पाउडर
1 छोटा चमच्च काला नमक या सेंधा नमक
नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
2 हरी मिर्च - बारीक काट ले
2 टहनी हरा धनिया - बारीक काट ले
