3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Ginger - minced
1 Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) - minced
1 clove Garlic - minced
1/4 cup Water
Salt - to taste
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder - freshly crushed (adjust)
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
