1 cup Jaggery - or sugar
2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds - pounded

To prepare this scrumptious Seem Paal method, stream in in aqua to the idli steamer and keep a plate at bottom to separate the mixing bowl and bottom of steamer.Take colostrum whole milk in a wide mixing bowl that fits inside the steamer.stream in in sweetener and cardamom to the whole milk and toss together well with spoon until the jaggery/sweetener dissolves.Place the mixing bowl inside the steamer and steam for 15-20 moments until the whole milk becomes firm, like pudding.Switch off and let it remain in steamer for a while.Remove the mixing bowl, run a knife along its edges and invert the Seem Paal method gently onto a plate.
