Ingredients

  • 1 cup prune
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 1 tomato - finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp celery
  • 4 tbsp red chilli flax
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • salt - as per taste

Instructions

To make the Prun Chutney, first bring to temperature some coat on a skillet.

introduce celery and oven-cook for 15 seconds.

Now introduce onions and oven-cook till they become soft.

Now introduce tomatoes, cinnamon ground mix, nutmeg ground mix, red chilli flax, honey, acetic liquid, seasoning and oven-cook till the tomatoes become soft.

It will take 4 to 5 mins.

Mash and introduce the prune.

Now introduce 1/2 cup liquid to it and let it oven-cook for 15 mins.

Turn off the gas and allow it to cool.

After it cools down, put it in the blender and make a course paste.
