  • 150 grams Sweet Potato - cooked and skin peeled
  • 4 cloves Garlic - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 2 teaspoon Methi Leaves (Fenugreek Leaves)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped

Instructions
