1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
1 Carrot (Gajjar) - grated
4 Amla (Nellikai/ Gooseberry) - cut and deseeded
1/4 teaspoon Split Mustard Seeds (Rai Kuria)
1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
2 tablespoons Fresh coconut - grated
1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
Salt - to taste
1/4 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 sprig Curry leaves

To begin making Carrot Amla Raita formula With Coconut, in a mixing bowl, introduce yogurt, table salt and beat it with a beat for a few mins until it is creamy without lumps.
