  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil
