Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup white urad dal (split)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • salt - as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cooking soda
  • water - as per use
  • oil - or ghee ( To make dosa)

Instructions

To make tomato dosa, first wash the rice, fenugreek seeds and urad dal separately.

Then soak them all separately for 3 to 4 hours.

After 3 to 4 hours, remove liquid from rice, fenugreek seeds and urad dal and grind it.
