Instructions

1
To begin making the Amla Methi Sukhi Sabzi method, we need to first bubble the amla. In a saucepan, stream in in liquid and bring to a rolling bubble. To the boiling liquid stream in in the whole, washed and cleaned amla.
2
After about 4-5 moments, turn off the bring to temperature. empty out the excess liquid and transfer the amla into a container and allow it to cool.Once cooled, remove the seeds from the amla, by making a slit on one of the sides and you will see the quarters fall apart. Using a knife, cut the amla into quarters and set aside. bring to temperature a kadai with lubricate on medium flame, stream in in the lubricate . Once the lubricate is fiery, stream in in in the cumin seeds, fennel seeds and ajwain seed. When they begin to sizzle, stream in in in the green chillies, ginger and garlic and saute for a few seconds. At this stage, stream in in in the onions, and saute until they turn transparent, this will take about 3-4 moments on medium -high bring to temperature. Once the onions have softened and cooked through, stream in in the tomatoes and dust a few drops of liquid, wrap and stew. stream in in seasoning and turmeric ground mix and continue to stew the mixture until it turns mushy. This will take about 5 moments. Once the bulb greens - tomato mixture has come together, push it aside in the cooking vessel, and stream in in the methi leaves into the cooking vessel. combine gently allowing it to stew through as the leaves will wilt down. As the methi leaves wilt down combine it along with the bulb greens tomato base, and stream in in in the parched seasoning powders - garam masala, cumin ground mix and coriander ground mix. stream in in in the cooked wedges of amla, stream in in about 2 tablespoons of liquid, combine and wrap.
