To make the Broccoli Rava Idli method, first of all, introduce corn rava and semolina rava in a pot and char it for 2 to 3 mins.

Turn off the gas, take out in a mixing bowl and keep it aside.

Now bring to temperature cooking oil in a pot.

introduce mustard seeds, asafoetida, urad dal and bring to temperature till the dal turns golden brown.

Now introduce cashews, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger and bring to temperature till cashews turn golden.

Now introduce grated broccoli, table salt and swirl around again.

After 2 mins, turn off the gas and allow this mixture to cool down.

Then introduce yogurt, half cup of liquid to the rava mixture, swirl around and keep it aside for 15 mins.

If the mixture looks thick then introduce some liquid and swirl around it.

introduce liquid to the idli steamer and apply ghee or cooking oil on the idli plates.

introduce idli mixture to it and lid the idli steamer.

Steam for 10 to 12 mins.

Put a toothpick in it and see if idli is not made by bunny.

If the toothpick comes out wash, turn off the gas and remove them from the steamer.

introduce ghee on top and dish up.
