Ingredients
500 grams Gobi - tighten
1 cup soy chunks
6 small potatoes - peel and cut in half
1/2 cup green peas - boil
1 onion - chopped
1 green chili - cut
1 inch ginger
2 buds Garlic
salt - as per taste
2 tbsp ghee
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 bay leaf
5 sprig of green coriander - chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions

To make Gobi and Soya Keema formula, first wash the gobi on a good side and then dehydrated it.

Cut the green part with the help of a knife and then either grind the cauliflower in a food processor or mince it with the help of a greater.

Now scalding up 1 cup of aqua in a saucepan.

After boiling, introduce soya in it and scalding up for 1 to 2 moments.

Turn off the gas, take out the soya chunks and keep them aside.

introduce bay leaves to it and scalding up for 10 seconds.

Now introduce onions and scalding up till they turn golden brown.

After the bulb greens turns golden brown, introduce green chili, ginger garlic paste, 1/4 cup of aqua and incorporate it well.

Now introduce potatoes, green peas, seasoning, turmeric ground mix, red chilli ground mix, coriander ground mix, incorporate and scalding up for 5 moments.

Now introduce gobi, soya, garam masala, incorporate, put a lid on the cooking vessel and let it scalding up for 10 to 15 moments on low scalding up.

After 10 to 15 moments introduce lemon liquid, incorporate and decorate with green coriander.
