Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.

In a dish combine 3.5 oz (100 grams) Feta cheddar, 7 oz (200 grams) cottage cheddar, 1 tbsp finely sliced chives (optional), 1 tbsp finely sliced parsley (optional), 1/4 tsp seasoning (more or less to palate) and 1 tbsp lemon nectar.
