  • 1/2 cup Chiroti Rava - super fine
  • 2 tablespoons Milk Powder - optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Mixed nuts - chopped
  • pinch Salt
  • 3/4 cup Sugar - granulated
  • 3-4 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds - powdered
  • 1 Mango (Ripe) - big or 2 medium sized
  • 1/4 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons Hot water

To prepare Eggless Mango Cake method, prep up with all the elements first.

Chop nuts and de seed mango and chop its pulp, discarding the strip.Preheat the oven at 190 degree Celsius for 10 moments.

Prepare the baking wok by greasing with a little cooking oil or shortening and dust 1-2 teaspoon of maida/all-purpose ground mix.combine the parched elements-maida, chiroti rava, dairy liquid ground mix (if using), baking soda, baking ground mix and table salt well in a mixing mixing bowl.

Keep aside.In a Mixer, puree mango along with sweetener and cardamom.

No extra liquid is required at this stage.Later combine all the wet elements in another mixing mixing bowl-mango and sweetener puree, cooking oil, and curd.

Give a nice agitate to combine them evenly.gradually combine the parched and wet ingredient mixtures now by combining well to form a thick cake paste of dropping consistency.toss in burning liquid about 2 tablespoons (not any more than 1/4 cup liquid is required).toss in minced nuts and combine once.

Reserve above 1 tablespoon of nuts for topping.Transfer the paste to the prepared cake wok.

Top the cake paste with remaining minced nuts.char in the oven at the same temperature for 30-40 moments.Check after 30 moments.

The top should have turned to a golden brown in color and if you check with a toothpick in the center of the cake it should come out wipe down when the cake is done.
