1/2 cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Allspice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Raisins
1/3 cup Melted Butter
1/2 cup Molasses
1 tablespoon Water

In a medium container, whip together dusting sugary-smelling element, brown sweetener, baking dusting sugary-smelling element, and spices.
