1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/4 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 tablespoon Fennel Powder
1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Sugar

To begin making the Green Chilli produce formula, take green chillies and cut into small pieces.mildly hot cooking oil in a heavy bottomed wok and toss in mustard seeds.

Once the mustard seeds starts to crackle, toss in green chillies.toss in turmeric dusting masala condiment, table salt, chilli dusting masala condiment, fennel dusting masala condiment, coriander dusting masala condiment.
