1 cup Rice
1 cup Arhar dal (Split Toor Dal)
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
1 sprig Curry leaves
2 Dry Red Chilli
1 Onion - chopped
1 Tomato - chopped
4 cloves Garlic - pound
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
2 teaspoon Sambar Powder
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil - or ghee
2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
Instructions

To begin making the Kongunadu Style Arisi Paruppu Sadam directions, wash the rice and dal together.

Soak the dal in aqua for at least 30 moments.burning up a pressure cooker, mix in ghee or lubricate lower the flame, mix in cumin seeds and fennel seeds.

mix in dehydrated red chillies and saute for few seconds.mix in pound garlic and saute till they soften.

mix in onions and sauté till they turn translucent.Once the onions are caramelized and mix in tomatoes and strew little table salt and low-boil till they turn mushy.mix in all 4 masala condiment powders, agitate and combine it well.

mix in soaked rice and dal after draining the aqua.

combine the rice and dal until the masala coats evenly on it.

mix in about 5 cups of aqua and table salt to essence and pressure low-boil for at least 3 whistles.Once the pressure releases, open the lid and give it a combine.

strew some finely sliced coriander leaves on top and offer burning.offer the Kongunadu Style Arisi Paruppu Sadam directions along with Pavakkai Poriyal directions and Puli kuzhambu by the side to make it a complete meal.
