To make Masoor Dal Gassi procedure, first make the lentils in a pressure cooker.

introduce the lentils, seasoning, turmeric ground mix and 2-1 / 2 cups aqua to the pressure cooker.

In a small skillet introduce coriander seeds and arid red chillies.

After cooling, introduce coriander seeds, arid red chillies, coconut, tamarind and garlic in a mixer grinder.

Take it out in a container and mildly hot ghee in a tempering skillet for tempering.
