1 cup Jowar Flour (Sorghum)
1/2 cup Rice flour
1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 cup Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) - finely chopped
Salt - to taste
Red Chilli powder - to taste
Sunflower Oil - to shallow fry
