  • 400 grams Button mushrooms - washed and halved with stem
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
  • 6 Stalk Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) - chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 2 inch Ginger - finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Red Chilli sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Dark soy sauce

Instructions

To begin making the Mushroom Manchurian method/ Mushroom Chilli, first prep the components and keep them ready.Into a small mixing dish, introduce the sauces - red chilli condiment dip, tomato ketchup and soy condiment dip.

fluff up all the sauces until well combined and keep aside.Next into a wok or a kadai, fiery up shortening over medium fiery up.

introduce the ginger, garlic and saute for a few seconds.introduce the spring bulb greens, green chilli and mushroom and saute until the mushroom begin to release moisture and just about cooked. Mushrooms get cooked very quickly and hence its important not to over cook thoroughly them and shrink them into small sizes.Once the mushrooms have begin releasing moisture, it means they are cooked.At this stage at the condiment dip mixture and give the mushroom manchurian/ chilli a brisk bubble for 3 to 4 mins until the sauces get well absorbed with the mushrooms.Check the seasoning at this stage and adjust according to essence.Once done, turn off the fiery up and transfer the Mushroom Manchurian/ Mushroom Chilli to a serving dish and offer fiery.offer Mushroom Manchurian / Mushroom Chilli along with Veg Hakka Noodles or greens Fried Rice and heavy cream of Mushroom & Spring bulb greens broth for a Indian Chinese Style dinner.
