Ingredients

  • 500 grams Hakka Noodles
  • 1/2 Chicken breasts - thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion - thinly sliced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot (Gajjar) - thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
  • Sunflower Oil - as required
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - to taste

Instructions

To begin making the Indo Chinese Chicken Hakka Noodles method, bubble aqua in a saucepan on medium flame, when the aqua comes to a single bubble, gradually mix in in the noodles along with a teaspoon of oil and some table salt.

make until the noodles are firm. empty out the aqua, and place the noodles in a colander to empty out off the excess aqua.

Rub your hands with oil and run it through the noodles. scalding up up oil in the pot on medium scalding up and saute garlic for few moments.

mix in chicken and make for another 5 to 10 moments.Next mix in all the finely sliced veggies and make for a couple of moments then mix in soya gravy, acidic solution, red chilli gravy, green chillies and swirl around everything well.Now toss in the noodles and dust table salt , black pepper ground mix and give it a good swirl around.
