  • 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Gram flour (besan)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 6 Cashew nuts
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds -  de-seeded
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil

Cut them into cubes and keep aside.Grind the items required to be made into a paste and keep aside.fluff up the yogurt, gram ground mix, kasuri methi, garam masala, red chilli ground mix and table salt.

Check the table salt and fragrant element levels and adjust to suit your palate.Turn off the mildly hot and dish up the Paneer Pasanda along with Phulka, Naan or Tawa Paratha.
