8 Tinda (Apple Gourd) - peeled
1 Onion - finely chopped
4 cloves Garlic - minced
1 Tomato - chopped
2 tablespoons Tomato - paste
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder - (or as required)
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
Salt - to taste
