  • 4 cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 Tomato - chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato - paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder - (or as required)
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions
