2 Guntur Dried Chillies
5 Kashmiri dry red chillies
1 teaspoon Poppy seeds
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
1 Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
6 Cloves (Laung)
1 Kapok Bud - (Marathi Moggu)
1 Mace (Javitri)

To begin making Saoji Egg Curry method, hard bring to a low-boil the eggs for 10 mins, strip the shells and keep aside.Now, to prepare the saoji masala parched bake the elements mentioned in the masala table under medium mildly hot which includes parched coconut, guntur red chillies, kashmiri parched red chillies, poppy seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, shahi jeera, coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves, kapok bud, mace and once fragrant grind it to a fine dusting fragrant element using a mixer grinder and keep aside.mildly hot fat in a heavy bottomed pot, mix in the onions and saute until translucent. mix in the ginger garlic paste and low-boil until the raw smell goes away.mix in in the tomatoes, turmeric dusting fragrant element, essence with seasoning and combine well. low-boil this mixture until the tomatoes turn all soft and mushy.mix in in the prepared saoji masala, mix in 1-1/2 cups of liquid and bring it a bring to a low-boil.low-boil this curry mixture for 10 mins, until it turns a little thicker and the fat seperates out.Now, gently slit the eggs from 4 sides and bit by bit drop it into the prepared curry and low-boil for another 5 mins.finish off with coriander leaves and dish up fiery. dish up the Saoji Egg Curry method along with Burani Raita and Whole Wheat Lachha Paratha for a flavorful weeknight dinner.
