  • 1 sliced Red Pepper
  • 1 sliced Green Pepper
  • 50g Chorizo
  • 2 cloves minced Garlic
  • 1 tblsp Olive Oil
  • 250g Basmati Rice
  • 400g Tinned Tomatos
  • 200g Prawns
