1/4 cup Rice flour
1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
Salt - to taste
1/2 teaspoon Enos fruit salt
1 Onion - finely chopped
2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - small bunch
Sunflower Oil - for cooking
Instructions

To begin making the Instant Masala Oats Kuzhi Paniyaram formula, we will first arid bake oats on low burning up for 3-4 moments.
