  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup Milk - luke warm
  • 2 tablespoon Honey - or sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Red Chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lukewarm Water - for kneading

Do not fold it for too long.Preheat oven at 200 degrees. Meanwhile, coat a baking sheet/tray with olive cooking oil.Cut the flour base in 16-17 equal pieces and roll each part into thin rope of around 12-13 inches in length and approximately the thickness of a pencil, coat each rope with sesame seeds.Brush some olive cooking oil on a baking tray and place these ropes on it 1/2 inch apart from each other.arid-fry Grissini ropes for 12-13 moments, check after 12 moments to see if done.
