  • 1/4 cup Butter - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
  • 2 sprig Curry leaves - chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Whole Black Pepper Corns - coarsely pounded
  • 1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
