2 Lbs Sweet Potatoes
1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup All purpose flour
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Allspice
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Raisins
3/4 cup Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place your cut honeyed potatoes in the dish of a food processor and process until finely grated.
