1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 Onion - finely chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger - grated
3 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 Lemon - juiced
Sunflower Oil - as needed
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 sprig Curry leaves
Sunflower Oil
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - small bunch
Instructions
