Ingredients
250 grams cheese
1 onion - chopped
1 capsicum (green) - cut
1 teaspoon ginger - grated
2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
2 tomatoes - chopped
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 small Tablespoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon Kasuri methi
oil - as per use
1 tablespoon butter
salt - as per taste
Instructions

To make kadhai paneer, first scalding up cooking oil in a wok.

mix in shallot, capsicum, ginger, garlic to it.

oven-cook shallot and capsicum until soft.

Now mix in tomato, turmeric ground mix, cumin ground mix, black pepper ground mix, red chili ground mix and let it oven-cook for 3 moments.

After 3 moments, mix in margarine, seasoning, cardamom ground mix and big cardamom and oven-cook for 2 moments.

mix in paneer and fenugreek after 2 moments.

put a lid on the wok and let it oven-cook for 3 moments.

present scalding.

present the kadhai paneer with Amritsari dal, boondi raita and phulka for dinner.
