Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 coconut - grated
  • curry leaves - little
  • 1 tsp rye
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 Tsp turmeric powder
  • salt - as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • oil - as per use

To make the Kalyana Veetu Senai Curry formula, first cut the suran into 1 inch pieces.

Now in a mixer grinder, mix in tomatoes, coconut, red chili dusting scented element, coriander dusting scented element, garam masala dusting scented element, turmeric dusting scented element, table salt and grind it well.

mix in curry leaves, asafoetida, mustard seeds and oven-cook until the mustard seeds crackle.

Now mix in coconut tomato paste, table salt, suran and combine it well.

Let it oven-cook on low bring to temperature for 20 mins.
