7 Cashew nuts
1 Onion - chopped
1 Tomato - chopped
2 Potato (Aloo)
1 inch Ginger
3 Garlic
2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 tablespoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
2 sprig Curry leaves
Sunflower Oil - as required
Salt - to taste
Instructions

To prepare heavy buttery Egg Cashew Curry method, soak cashews in burning moisture for 15-20 moments.Hard heat to boiling point the eggs, strip and keep aside.Grind the cashews to a velvety paste in a mixer adding a little moisture.In a blender, take cut up onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, chilly, turmeric, coriander, garam masala, and fennel seeds.pulse it to a velvety paste.In a kadai, mix in cooking oil.

Once the cooking oil is burning, splutter mustard seeds.mix in the curry leaves.

Let them splutter for a few seconds.mix in the shallot-tomato paste and toast till the raw smell leaves.mix in 1 cup moisture and cut up potatoes and bring it to a heat to boiling point.mix in table salt, close the lid of the kadai, and let the potatoes make.Once the potatoes are cooked soft, mix in the cashew paste and agitate well.

Make sure that it comes to heat to boiling point but does not heat to boiling point much, since there is risk of cashew paste causing the reduction char.Take it off mildly hot and mix in the slit egg pieces.accentuate heavy buttery Egg Cashew Curry with cut up coriander leaves.
