To make Kerala Style Ulli Thial method, first scalding up a small wok.

toss in coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dehydrated red chillies, coconut and prepare until the coconut is golden brown.

Cool and toss in a little moisture to make a paste.

After tempering, toss in curry leaves and small onions.

prepare bulb greens until it becomes soft and golden.

After the bulb greens is cooked, toss in tamarind moisture, asafoetida, turmeric ground mix, seasoning and coconut paste.

combine well and let it prepare for 10 mins on low scalding up.

Turn off the gas after 10 mins and empty out in a mixing bowl.
