To begin with Khakra veggie Pizza, transfer in whole wheat ground mix, red chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix, kasuri methi, ajwain, table salt and preparing coat in a mixing dish.

combine everything well.transfer in moisture little at a time and massage into a stiff flour base.

seal and let it sit for about 10 mins.Divide the flour base into equal portions.

Take one portion and roll it very thin.

Dust very little ground mix on it if needed to roll the flour base.

The flour base should be rolled as thin as possible.Carefully lift the flour base and place it on a burning griddle on medium flame.

Let it make on one side and brush very little coat on the top and then flip it over.

Using a small cloth press the khakhra to make it from all the side.

Turn one more time and brush coat.Press the khakra again and repeat the process till the khakhra turns crisp and gets brown spots all over and is fully cooked.Repeat this for the remaining flour base and let the khakhras cool.

Once cooled store in airtight container for about a month.The next step is to assemble the pizza.

bring to temperature 1 teaspoon coat in a wok and transfer in minced capsicum and sauté for about 1 minute.

Next transfer in small florets of broccoli and make for another minute.transfer in a little table salt to taste, combine everything well.

Turn off the bring to temperature and keep it aside.

We want the vegetables to make a bit but still be crisp.

So do not overcook these vegetables.Place a khakara on a serving plate.

transfer in the capsicum and broccoli on top.

transfer in few spoons of minced tomatoes and sliced onions.dust a good amount of oregano, red chilli flakes and other pizza seasonings you would like to transfer in.
