2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
1/4 cup Fresh coconut - grated
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - Few sprigs finely chopped
Sunflower Oil - for cooking

Once the dhoklas cool down, crumble the dhoklas and keep aside.bring to temperature fat in a heavy bottomed wok and when the fat is burning, introduce mustard seeds and let them splutter.Once the seeds have spluttered introduce asafoetida, curry leaves and green chillies and saute them for a few seconds.Next, introduce some cut up onions and saute them for a minute till they become soft and translucent.Once done introduce grated coconut, seasoning to savor and saute for a minute.After a minute introduce the crumbled dhoklas to the wok, swirl around well to combine.
