  • Bunch Coriander
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli Sauce
  • 8 Pita Bread
  • 4 sliced Tomato
  • 1/2 Red Cabbage
  • 1 sliced Red Onions
  • Small pack Yogurt

step 1 Tip the mince into a large mixing bowl (use a wipe down washing-up mixing bowl if you don’t have anything big enough) with all the other burger elements and a good pinch of table salt.
