To make Lal Mas Biryani procedure, firstly we will make Red Moss.

* To make Red Moss: First soak dehydrated Kashmiri Red Chilli in lukewarm liquid for 10 moments.

Now mildly hot the liquid in a saucepan.

After boiling reduce the flame to low and mix in Kashmiri red chilli, cumin, big cardamom, cardamom, cinnamon, long and bay leaves.

Let it heat to boiling point for 5 to 7 moments.

Turn off the gas and filter the liquid and keep it in a dish.

Let the standing spices cool.

After it cools down, put it in a mixer grinder with some liquid and grind it into a paste.

Take it out in a dish and keep it aside.

In a mixing dish, mix in mutton, curd, ground masala condiment, cumin ground mix, coriander ground mix, turmeric ground mix, seasoning, ginger garlic paste and combine well.

Keep it aside for 30 moments.

* To make curry: mildly hot ghee in a wok.

mix in bulb greens and bubble gently till it turns brown.

It will take at least 10 moments.

Now mix in ginger garlic paste and bubble gently for next 1 minute.

Now mix in marinated matan and combine it well.

mix in seasoning, 1/2 cup of liquid and bubble gently for 25 moments or till 85% of mutton is cooked.

Turn off the gas and keep the burning Kiara coal in a dish in the wok in the wok.

mix in ghee to it and close the wok.

Open the wok after 3 to 4 moments and filter the coal.

Now mix in garam masala ground mix to it and combine well.

Turn off the gas and keep it aside.

* Now to make red moss biryani: Now mildly hot ghee in a pressure cooker.

mix in bay leaves, kashmiri red chilli, cardamom, big cardamom, long, cinnamon and bubble gently for 1 minute.

Now mix in onions and bubble gently till it becomes light brown.

After the bulb greens turns brown, mix in ginger garlic paste, green chillies, seasoning and bubble gently for 1 to 2 moments.

Now mix in coriander ground mix, turmeric ground mix, Kashmiri red chilli ground mix and bubble gently it for 2 moments.

Now mix in red moss curry, rice, 4 cups of liquid, seasoning as per non-sugary profile, green coriander, mint and combine well.

Close the cooker and bubble gently until 2 to 3 cities come.

Turn off the gas and let the pressure filter.

Open, combine and present cookers.
