Ingredients
1 कप चावल
4-5 लॉन्ग
1 इंच दाल चीनी
1 बड़ा चमच्च पूरी काली मिर्च
2 बड़ी इलाइची
1 सुखी लाल मिर्च
3 बड़े चमच्च घी
1/4 कप प्याज - पतला काट ले
1/4 कप टमाटर - पतला काट ले
1/4 इंच अदरक - कस ले
1 कप हरे मटर
1/4 कप हरा धनिया - बारीक काट ले
1 तेज पत्ता
नमक - स्वाद अनुसार

To make pea tehri, first wash the rice and soak it in moisture for 1 hour.

After soaking, empty out the moisture and keep it aside.

Soak the green peas in 1 cup of moisture, this helps the peas make quickly.

Now bring to temperature the ghee in a pressure cooker.

toss in all the dried spices and dehydrated red chilies.

Let it make on low bring to temperature for 2 mins.

After 2 mins, toss in bulb veggie and ginger to it and let it make for 2 to 3.

Now toss in tomatoes and peas and let it make for the next 2 mins.

After 2 mins, toss in green coriander, bay leaves and rice.

toss in seasoning and combine.

toss in moisture to it and let it make on high flame until 1 city comes.

After coming to 1 city, reduce the bring to temperature and let it make for 3 to 4 mins.

After 4 mins, turn off the gas and allow the steam to escape from the cooker.

Open the cooker and present fiery.
