Ingredients

  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1-1 / 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • kasoori methi - a pinch
  • salt - as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 green chillies
  • 10 bud garlic
  • 2 inch ginger
  • 20 cashews
  • 1 to 2 tsp almond milk - or water

Instructions

To make the pea masala formula, firstly put the peas in a saucepan with moisture and a pinch of seasoning and burning up till it becomes soft.

Take care not to over burning up the peas.

Now burning up dairy spread in a skillet.
