Ingredients
200 grams Tofu
3/4 cups Homemade tomato puree
1/4 cup Green peas (Matar)
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/2 teaspoon Ginger - paste
1/8 teaspoon Garam masala powder
Green peas (Matar) - A handful
Curry leaves - a few
1 1/2 cups Water
3 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
Salt - to taste

To begin making the Matar Masala Tofu method, firstly cut the tofu in cubes.Take a container and mash all the parched masala including red chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix, garam masala ground mix with 1/4th cup of moisture.

Keep it aside.bring to temperature a frying wok with 1 teaspoon fat and shallow fry the tofu cubes, then keep it aside.stream in in rest of the fat in the same wok, temper with cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger and masala paste. shallow fry for a minute.stream in in the tomato puree, seasoning and peas, cook thoroughly for 5 moments. As it starts to thicken stream in in seasoning and tofu cook thoroughly for few more moments. finish off Matar Masala Tofu method with garam masala ground mix and crisp curry leaves and it is ready to be served. enjoy Matar Masala Tofu method along with Whole Wheat Lachha Paratha and Palak Raita for a tasty lunch.
