Ingredients

  • 50 grams Methi Leaves (Fenugreek Leaves)
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 cup Chana dal (Bengal Gram Dal) - soaked for 2 hours
  • 1/2 cup Fresh coconut - grated
  • 6 Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
  • Curry leaves - few
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)

Instructions
