Ingredients
50 grams Methi Leaves (Fenugreek Leaves)
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 sprig Curry leaves
2 Dry Red Chillies
Salt - to taste
1/2 cup Chana dal (Bengal Gram Dal) - soaked for 2 hours
1/2 cup Fresh coconut - grated
6 Dry Red Chillies
1 teaspoon Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
Curry leaves - few
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)

Once the methi leaves are cooked, mix in the ground chana dal mixture and toss together them and allow it to make on low flame till everything combines well.
